Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Science/ Office Management or in any related field that is recognized by the government/ institutions of higher education or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto;
- Have experience working as a secretary and/ or office administration for a minimum of 5 years; and
- Work experiences within government agencies, government-linked or public listed companies and large corporations would be highly advantageous;
Potential candidates must possess the following:
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English both spoken and writing;
- Have knowledge in computer (Microsoft Office);
- Meticulous in their work, with strong attention to details;
- Accountable, responsible and hardworking;
- Ability to work under pressure and with all levels of society;
- Possess good attitude, communication skills and rapport with public;
- Have a strong sense of urgency;
- Healthy and good track record in daily working attendance;
- Presentable and confident;
- Meticulous in work, with strong attention to details; and
- Results driven with a strong sense of urgency.
