Positions:
1. TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, GOOGLE CLOUD (ENGLISH, MANDARIN)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role interfacing with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementation, or transformation programs.
- Experience working across business units internally and at enterprises.
- Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Mandarin.
2. TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER LEAD, GOOGLE CLOUD CONSULTING
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, communicating with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementation or programs.
- Experience managing, scaling, mentoring, and running a technical team.
- Experience working across business units internally and at enterprises.
3. TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, GOOGLE CLOUD CONSULTING
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 2 years of experience supporting customers in one of the following: cloud migration, cloud operations (e.g., launch/capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, IT consulting.

Google was founded in 1996 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were Ph.D. students at Stanford University, California. Upon completion of the restructure, Sundar Pichai became CEO of Google, replacing Larry Page, who became CEO of Alphabet.
