Description:
1.understanding, monitoring and promoting the business of the company
2.provide feedback to upper management on strategic advances the company should take in order to capitalise on opportunities.
3.manage the cash flow projections for the region
4.implement a system to manage the maintenance of the facility and its fixed assets
5.overseeing the coordination of efforts of the company by establishing, reviewing, or enforcing procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services policies and practices.
6.overseeing the recruiting, training and technical services policies and practices
7.Facilitating company objectives by communicating values, planning, monitoring and appraising results
8.Monitor delegated functions such as project planning, budget and critical company processes
9.Building and promoting the company local and international image and commitment to service excellence
10.Establishing KPI plan
11.Audit subcontractors or vendors in collaboration with QHSE and SME
