1. EXECUTIVE, INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Job Description:
- Entrusted to assist in the development of the Disciplinary Reporting and Management System (DRMS) including but not limited to establishing the User Requirements Specifications (URS), identification of relevant modules, etc.
- To receive, manage, and monitor the database of all disciplinary complaints/reports received within the agreed Turn-Around-Time.
- To identify, propose, and establish the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the department, including but not limited to the development of SOP for the operational process of disciplinary complaints/reports management, investigation procedures, disciplinary processes, and OSH-related procedures.
- To represent the department in all Risk and Audit-related matters, OACP reporting, and other required internal representation unless otherwise specified.
- To establish and monitor the department’s filing and record system, both physical and soft records, in sync with the Division’s filing system.
- To monitor, keep track and report the utilization of the department’s budget and training record, and ensure compliance and adherence to the Division’s expectations of the matter.
- Liaison Officer concerning the arrangement of meetings involving all MCMC Commission Committee Members (Secretariat function).
- To assist in the coordination of health and safety at the workplace, assessment of risk, inspection, and audit process.
- To identify and assist in the coordination and promotion of a safe working environment through various awareness and training programs.
- Writing, submitting, and filing incident reports with preliminary recommendations.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Occupational Safety & Health or related disciplines with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 from a reputable University/College.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar environment.
- A flexible multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Technical Competencies - Complaint Management, OSH Management System, Project Management

Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is entrusted with the role of promoting and regulating the communications and multimedia industry and to enforce the communications and multimedia law in Malaysia. Our primary role is to implement and promote the Government's national objectives for the communications and multimedia sector.
MCMC also oversees the new regulatory framework for the converging industries of telecommunications, broadcasting and online activities, in accordance with the national policy objectives set out in the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA), as well as postal services and digital certifications.
