1. LEGAL EXECUTIVE, L41
Job Description:
- Assisting Senior Executive, Legal in ASM's litigation work, including court matters and legal procedures.
- Assisting in planning and executing unit activities.
- Drafting contracts, agreements, non-disclosure clauses, and other documents to protect ASM's interests and welfare.
- Representing the unit at ministerial/strategic partner meetings.
- Being accountable for the decisions made by the unit.
- Conducting research on current applicable laws and procedures.
- Ensuring that the unit provides informed advice in accordance with current laws and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security in handling sensitive information, legal documents, and proprietary data, ensuring that all information and documents are safeguarded against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
- Proactively working and provide reports to the Senior Executive, Legal.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Qualities:
- Leadership qualities, team player, analytical, meticulous, able to multitask and work under tight deadline, independent and good interpersonal skills with a sense of responsibility.
Qualification and Skills:
- Candidate with Bachelor of Laws.
- Working experience in Legal Unit field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Tactful and has ability to deal with difficult situation and difficult people.
- Excellent working skill with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
