Jawatan:
1. FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Requirement:
- Fluent and can write in Malay and English well.
- Have taken at least two (2) doses of the vaccine approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Health
- Has good communication skills, high initiative and commitments
- Has the ability to lead with the mentality of an executive who has a clear vision
- Can work in any work environment even under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Follow all development programs set by the company when directed
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
Job Responsibility:
Corporate Finance & Project Finance:
- To secure in funding and debt liability management.
- To involve in managing of standby & short-term banking facilities.
- To furnish advisory services to subsidiaries and associates.
- To construct the financial model for project and analyze the costing methodology.
- To engage in preparing all financial models for new business proposal to ensure efficient business process.
- To implement monitoring and managing the delivering financial status and progress of the subjects.
Project Cost Accounting Monitoring:
- Prepare, manage and monitor the project accounting – progress of recognition/ realization of costs and revenue for the projects. Ensure compliance to Financial Reporting Standard (FRS)
- Ensure correct charging and propose journal for correction made where necessary
- Coordinate coordination meeting with project team in monitoring the financial status and progress of projects.
- Arrange discussion and follow up with sales generator if necessary
- Follow up the status of payment from customer/ to supplier with finance staff and sales generator.
- Preparation of Project Accounting Report monthly with details of percentage of completion, plan revenue and cost, physical completion report, etc)
Others:
- To prepare other related works such as business plan, annual report and Board papers. Liaising with bankers, auditors and related government agencies.
- To attend meeting relates to financial issues if required such as tender evaluation, direct negotiation etc.
- Academic Qualifications
- Applicant have graduated in Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance and equivalent from recognised institute.
Salary : RM 3,200 (Negotiable)
