Positions:
1. VALIDATION EXECUTIVE, KHTP STERILISATION SERVICES SDN BHD
Job Description:
The Validation Executive shall assist the Plant Manager in preparation and implementation of total quality assurance procedure in line with company policy on the Quality Management System.
Therefore, the responsibilities of the Validation Executive shall include the following:
- Preparation of validation protocols for processes in which microbiological control is significant
- Administration of microbiological laboratory and training of lab personnel.
- Preparation of methods for microbiological control, validation and certification processes according to customer requirement.
- Liaise with customer in detailing product knowledge and create awareness of quality requirement necessary in order to meet standard specification.
- Verification of sterilization batch record and release of goods to customer.
- Planning and execute of inspection and testing of materials, equipment and products to ensure that all quality requirement is met.
- Report to Plant Manager of any non-conformance in materials, equipment or products and to ensure that all non-conforming items are well labeled and segregated.
- To ensure all records will be prepared and maintained in according to KHTP Sterilisation Services Sdn. Bhd. procedure and made available for routine check at any time.
- Authorize to approve the certificate of sterilization and sterility test results
- Authorize to approve all microbiological testing results and validation report.To assist verify all measuring equipment’s/devices as per master schedule and any non-conforming to be reported to Plant Manager.
- To prepare batch report for all customers and to coordinate accordingly.
- To update and maintain all quality records
- Assist in preparation of PCD/EPMD for sterilization use and record usage.
- All other responsibilities that commensurate with his/her experience and qualification as assigned by his/her superior.
