Positions:

1. EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


Accountabilities:
  • Facilitate and assist the preparation of feasibility studies (including financial modelling) on the proposed development in determining the viability of the project.
  • Undertake planning and land matters ground works i.e. conduct title search, planning enquiry and other related planning scope of works for the purpose of market/feasibility studies.
  • Facilitate and assist the preparation of annual business plan for the company through the business planning & budget cycle process. Prepare the necessary presentations and facilitate the preparation of Board Papers to various levels within the organization for discussion and approval.
  • Identifying & consolidate potential investment (land, property & other development) for new business opportunities for the Group to pursue for investment. Detail key acquisition steps, milestones, timelines, and required resources in a concise project plan.
  • Evaluating proposals by external parties on proposed acquisition of property & other business opportunities to provide necessary recommendation to the Management.
  • Facilitate administrative works required for the department e.g. prepare tender plans and tender papers, follow-up on payments, etc.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant government agencies and other industry associates and external agencies as part of networking and market intel purposes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Real estate/Accounting/Finance/Business
  • 2 to 5 years work experience in property/corporate planning/business development/strategy
  • Experience in financial modelling & corporate valuation
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet & PowerPoint presentation
  • Intermediate level in Power BI/VBA/Tableau will be an added advantage
